pieterSZoon always tries to resolve a complaint in good cooperation with you. In case there's no mutual solution the issue will be put forward by the most appropriate party at the competent court in the district of Amsterdam. Of course we recommend you to express your concerns with us first. If this doesn´t lead to a solution you also can file your issue to Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of 15 February 2016 consumers in the EU are also allowed to file complaints on the ODR platform of the European Committee. This ODR platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
When your complaint has not been registered yet elsewhere you´re free to file the issue through the EU´s platform.
We care about our product and logically try our utmost to deliver these in mint condition to you. Though it might be the case during a transport an order can be damaged or something else happens for which you are entitled to claim guarantee. Legally you need to mention the defect(s) to us within 2 months after noticing the defect(s). When the defect falls within the guarantee clause we'll repair or exchange free of charge.
